Two Goals

  1. Stop saying I’m sorry for everything to avoid conflict and take blame, even when I’m not sure I’m to blame.
  2. Stop telling people not to worry about me but instead say thank you for thinking about me or I appreciate you not doing _____ because you were concerned about my feelings. 

Simple, right?  We will see 😉🙂.
